In short: Double Shot is a dual-camera video recording app. Use it responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple's App Store.
By downloading, installing, or using Double Shot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Double Shot allows you to simultaneously record video from both the front and rear cameras of your device. The App stores all recordings locally on your device and saves them to your photo library upon completion.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

The App offers an optional VIP subscription that unlocks premium features including unlimited recording duration, 4K resolution, and 60fps support.
All videos recorded using the App remain your property. The App does not upload, transmit, or share your recordings with any server or third party. All content is stored locally on your device.
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data. In summary, we do not collect, store, or share any personal data.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all associated intellectual property rights, remain with the developer. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or branding.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, recordings, profits, or revenue arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
